Terms and Conditions of Usage (Vanpac GroupAsia VIP Card)

  1. All card has a 1 year validity, Normally, we shall automatic renew them and notify you by email.
  2. Use your login(your email address) and password ( your card number) to retrieve your card expiry if you wish to know and also you may found the data of your card usage.
  3. The issued card is the property of VGA(Vanpac GroupAsia Hong Kong) legally incorporated in the name of : Prudential International Moving Ltd .
  4. VGA has the final judgement in case there is a dispute related to the card.
  5. You may report to us in case published discount, offers and /or bonus not obtainable for any reason. e.g. information not being updated quick enough.
  6. We are not responsible in any form if any of our published benefit not fulfilled by the mentioned sponsors.
  7. All dispute is the business between the card member and the seller (sponsor). VGA would not involve in the negotiation in any circumstance.
  8. The Card are issued to the member in a family basis. That's mean the spouse, children and parent can use the card with the approval of the member.
  9. The member cannot transfer or let other people use this card. This is against our contract with our sponsor. Doing so may discontinue the membership and the validation of the card.
  10. All promised transaction should not be affected by this "Terms and Conditions" or published message on this website, so it would be carry out as agreed, even though any party may find anybody do not follow what has published on this website.
  11. Transaction is final once signed no matter VGA, member or seller found any improper discount, card expiry and/or any other situation. Only the mutual agreement of the buyer and seller would affect such transaction.
  12. VGA would not be able to answer any question related to the subject like Sponsors' product, delivery and/or refund.
  13. All gift shall be distributed as long as stock last. We apology in case you may not get our promised gift, there will not be any monetary compensation in this case.
